Can't remember or want to reset your password? Here is how you can. reset it from the mobile app or the website.

Store order shipping addresses cannot be changed. Update account shipping or billing details in the NuCalm Account Portal using your app login.

Personalized NuCalm usage stats are not currently available; NuCalm plans to add a dedicated stats screen for users in the future.

Cancel your NuCalm subscription in the app from My Profile, or sign in to My Account online and select Cancel under Manage Subscription.

Change your login email in My Account under Manage Subscription, then Login Methods; the new address becomes your username for online account access.

Change the payment method on file by signing in to the NuCalm account portal and updating the saved payment details for your account.
